Brick Order Form Use an order form to purchase and personalize a brick as part of the expansion of the Garden Walk along the west side of the library. Donors must pay for bricks by cash, check, or online with a credit card. Complete the order form and return it with your payment to the Administration Office. If the office is closed, return your form and payment to the Circulation Desk. If you pay by credit card online, you must provide a printed receipt showing the amount donated with your order form. Please print the information on your order form clearly. A letter will be sent confirming your message before your brick is engraved. You will also receive information about the location of your brick after installation. In addition, if you donate a brick in another person’s name, a letter will be sent to that person after the brick is installed.
